We renovate, refurbish, and relocate our clients once modifications exceed the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) regulations. We cover licensing fees and compliance alterations along with bills, insurance, and void periods. Furthermore, there is the option to sell the property to TPEL at the landlords’ discretion.
