Client Money Protection (CMP): our affiliation with Client Money Protection (CMP) ensures we safeguard property agents’ clients’ money. CMP protects against the loss of or attempts to fraudulently use, client money such as rent and deposits by letting agents.
London Landlord Association Scheme (LLAS): LLAS is a landlord and educational organisation that recognises good practice and shares our ambition to improve conditions in the private rented sector.
Accreditation & Training for Landlords and Agents Service (ATLAS): We have acquired formal training from ATLAS to promote the LLAS model by working with local authorities, private landlord organisations, and universities.
